My daughter had a quiz where she got « Pierre et tu allez au parc » wrong because it should have been Pierre et tu vas au parc. I am struggling to explain this. Is there a rule or an exception?
Is there a form or exception where « Pierre et tu… » would be conjugated in the 2nd person singular instead of 2nd person plural?

Where is this from because it is wrong?
It should be as Jim says -
Pierre et toi (vous) allez au parc

Hi Jennifer,
Even if "Pierre et toi" were used it should remain as 2nd person plural, so I agree with you.
Perhaps there is simply an error in your daughter's quiz?
