I listened to the audio and (as a native speaker) I can hear clearly “parce que je n'ai pas envie de manquer le début du concert”. 

At Kwiziq, we tend to adapt the speed of the recordings to the level of the text itself, in order to make the whole exercise a good practise of that level. Here the level is B2 and our B2 and C1 texts tend to be at a natural speed, as well as our video transcripts which are based on "Native" videos. Try to listen to it several times. Don't pressure yourself into getting it right the first time. Once you know what is being said, go over it again. Repeat until you can understand every word. It's a painstaking process, but in the end it will pay off.
