Q&A section impossible to follow

Question

I find the Q&A at the bottom of each lesson almost impossible to follow.

It's hard to work out who's asking a question, or who's responding.

Some colour or additional formatting would make this area a lot more useful.

I'd rather there was a proper forum for help and support as it would save a lot of private conversations being had over and over, and nothing happening, and the users being none-the-wiser.

It can't be hard to check if this section is usable, so I can only assume Kwiziq it's not worth the effort to fix.
