Tu nous appelleras quand vous aurez pris vos billets.You will call us when you've taken your tickets.
Why does this sentence change to the vous form of you?

The speaker is addressing one person of a group of people. The familiar form tu is the way he addresses the single person, whereas vous refers to the group.
